• Planning, draft, enact and implementing policies state government, federal government policy connected with the affairs state administration on schedule ninth, state list, federal constitution and also provisions those state in state constitution;
• Planning, draft, enact, manage and coordinate state government policies relating with state administration on schedule ninth, joint list, federal constitution;
• Manage, monitoring, detect and evaluate the implementation every policy state government that laid down by state legislative hall and state executive council (EXCO).
