Become an agent relationship between the organization and its customers and potential customers proactively and informative to achieve the objectives, mission and vision of the Chief Minister and the State Government of Melaka.
 

 

MISION
Providing channel and two-way communication mechanism that can provide constructive input and added value in the delivery of public services.
 

 

OBJECTIVE
  1. Creating a friendly and professional relationship with clients and potential clients.
  2. Provide complete and accurate information relating to the organization and the services provided.
  3. Manage active customer complaints on the services provided by the departments and agencies under the State Government.

 

CUSTOMER CHARTER
We, CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS DIVISION will always committed to providing service and service quality, efficient and effective for the customer. To achieve that goal we promise:

 

  1. Ensure that every customer who came to the Chief Minister of Malacca get pass each for the deal to Division / Unit required within five (5) minutes.
  2. Ensure that the waiting period every complainant who comes to the office no later than five (5) minutes.
  3. Ensure that complaints received by the Department of Execution of the action taken within 15 working days.
