Vision

To make the State Administration of Machinery Malacca a modern administrative machinery, productive, efficient and effective in carrying out its functions by optimizing the use of information and communication technology (ICT)

Mision


To make ICT as a core in the implementation of all activities of the administrative machinery of Malacca.

Objective

Provide the necessary ICT services to all Division / Unit / Section under the Chief Minister of Malacca, including department / agency to another State in the implementation of programs and activities of the ICT set to Departments / Agencies concerned to be more productive, efficient and effective in carrying out functions.

Function
  1. Plan, and determine the use and ICT requirements Malacca Chief Minister taking the needs of other Government Departments;
  2. Perform together with departments / agencies involved in ICT programs decided by the Chief Minister, Ministries and Agencies of the Federal Government;
  3. Operate and provide ICT services related to the Department of the Chief Minister and other Government Departments;
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effective use of ICT in the implementation of a program and propose a more effective alternative;
  5. To provide advice and technical support, and technical guidance needed.

Customer Charter
  1. To respond to every complaint received within two (2) working days to resolve the complaint within a period of three (3) to seven (7) working days excluding the acquisition of spare parts and service suppliers;
  2. Update information received within seven (7) working days from receipt except that data bound by certain rules;
  3. Lend ICT equipment (laptop, projector and white screen) if the application is submitted three (3) working days prior to use depending on the availability of equipment;
  4. Ensure that ICT infrastructure, networks and information in the database is always protected and secure from the threat of invasion, hacking (hacking), theft and virus attacks.
  5. Developing application systems based on customer requirements within the agreed joint
  6. Provide ICT training to officers and employees of the department and state government agencies no less than 12 times a year
