Users are not permitted to engage in the following actions when responding to the Customer Satisfaction Survey of the Melaka State Secretary’s Office available on the Official Portal of the Melaka State Government:
- Uploading, emailing or submitting information that contains the following:
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of personal privacy, racially, religiously or ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable, false, or irrelevant to the survey or questionnaire provided by the Official Portal of the Melaka State Government.
- Containing unsolicited or unauthorised advertisements and promotional, commercial, or other materials, including links to websites/portals containing such content.
- Containing software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to damage, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
- Using or creating a false identity (including using pseudonyms, impersonating another person or entity, or making false claims).
- Threatening, stalking, or embarrassing other users.
- Restricting or preventing other users from accessing or using this portal.
- Disrupting, disabling, overloading, or interfering with the operation or appearance of the portal, server, or network connected to the portal.
