Client Charter

(i) |
Issue approval letters from the Public Service Department (JPA) regarding restructuring/strengthening of positions to the relevant departments within seven (7) working days. |

(ii) |
Issue decision letters on service matters within three (3) working days for the following processes: a) Confirmation of appointment |

(iii) |
Notify Departments/Agencies to submit complete documents of staff who will retire six (6) months prior to the retirement date (mandatory retirement). |

(iv) |
Inform promotion decisions within seven (7) working days after the Promotion Board meeting. |
|
(v) |
Provide counselling services to public service personnel within seven (7) working days from the date of application received. |
|
(vi) |
Ensure 100% of JKMM staff attend at least one (1) day of functional training. |
|
(vii) |
Implement improvement actions within at least three (3) months after an audit remark is issued. |
