Melaka One Number Call Centre (ONCC) is a centralised telecommunications call centre service fully owned by the Melaka State Government. ONCC was conceptualised and launched by the former Chief Minister of Melaka, who is currently the 7th Yang di-Pertua Negeri Melaka, Datuk Seri Hj. Mohd Ali bin Mohd Rustam, on 25 May 2011. ONCC serves as a key point of contact between the Melaka State Government and the public. The primary aim of ONCC is to provide a “single point of contact” to enhance the effectiveness of service delivery by the Melaka State Government through a comprehensive ONE NUMBER concept — “063333333” — where callers only need to dial one number to be connected to all departments, agencies, and subsidiaries in the state of Melaka.

ONCC is a platform for more effective and systematic communication and information dissemination. Operating 24 hours a day, ONCC offers various services including free call transfers to departments/agencies under the Melaka*Net network, SMS Infoblast, complaints, enquiries, directories, State Government information, tourism updates, disaster alerts, and many more. ONCC is committed to providing the best service to its customers and is managed by the Corporate Communication Division, Chief Minister’s Department of Melaka.
