Vision

Mission
- To strengthen the Integrity of Public Servants in the Departments / Agencies of the Melaka State Government through adherence to applicable Rules and Laws, the inculcation of Noble Values, and the practice of an Excellent Work Culture.
Objective

To produce individuals and a society with spiritual strength, good character, intellect, and material capability, who are independent, competitive, forward-looking, innovative, and capable of addressing current challenges wisely, practically, and harmoniously.
Core Function
-
To plan programmes related to integrity and human capital development in line with the inculcation of Islamic Values (PNI) and the Strengthening of Public Service Integrity (PIPA) to address staff issues and challenges, aimed at creating public servants who are highly motivated and uphold integrity.
Client Charter

(i) |
Notify participants about courses/programmes to be conducted at least seven (7) days before the course begins. |

(ii) |
Issue an acknowledgment letter to the complainant within two (2) working days upon receiving the complaint. |

(iii) |
Resolve disciplinary cases within six (6) months from the date the complete report is received. |
| (iv) | Confirm disciplinary statement within five (5) working days from the date of application received. |
| (v) | Submit claim documents for payment processing within five (5) working days from the date the complete documents are received. |
