Vision
- To make the State of Melaka a state with a well-organised and systematic utility and infrastructure system.
Mission
- To establish the State of Melaka as a leading state in coordinating a well-planned, organised, and systematic utility infrastructure system.
Objectives
- Plan, supervise, monitor, implement development, enforce, maintain, and control the development of utility and infrastructure facilities.
- Formulate and implement policies and programmes for utility infrastructure.
- Coordinate and review all utilities carried out and currently available by both the public and private sectors.
- Ensure that no road excavation occurs in the future.
- Compile a database containing updated information on all utility locations in the State of Melaka.
- Deliver excellent and high-quality services to ensure more systematic development of the utility infrastructure corridor.
- Plan, design, and coordinate with all technical departments.
