A liaison agency between society, including youth, and the government to ensure that all government policies and objectives are implemented towards development and that public issues are addressed effectively and efficiently.
To become a leading organisation in assisting communities and youth to be competitive in social and economic sectors, enabling them to rise above the poverty level in Melaka.
To assist the State Government in enhancing socio-economic development for communities and youth through well-planned programmes.

(i) |
Coordinate the decisions on appointment, transfer, and termination applications of Village Development and Security Committee (JPKK) members, Melaka State Sidang, and Melaka State Liaison Officers within fourteen (14) working days. |

(ii) |
Coordinate welfare applications from the Chief Minister’s Office and individuals to the relevant departments or agencies within seven (7) days after the application date. |

(iii) |
Collect and coordinate data on Melaka State Aid Recipients (e-MPBM) from relevant departments and agencies on or before the 15th of the following month. |

(iv) |
Submit Musaadah Al-Akhirah payment applications to the Finance Unit within seven (7) working days after receiving complete application forms. |

(v) |
Ensure that thirty (30) Youth Strengthening and Development Programmes in collaboration with government agencies are implemented within one (1) year. |
