ADMINISTRATION UNIT (i) Submit decisions on applications to use departmental vehicles within the Seri Negeri Complex within three (3) working days. |
|

(ii) Submit decisions on applications to use meeting rooms within the Seri Negeri Complex within two (2) working days. |
|

FINANCE UNIT Process payment claims within seven (7) working days after complete documents are received. |
|
3. |
BUILDING AND ASSET MANAGEMENT UNIT (i) Process applications for office equipment and facilities within three (3) working days. |
|
|
(ii) Complete repair works for Seri Negeri buildings and quarters within fourteen (14) days from the date the complaint is received. |
|
|
(iii) Provide feedback for all Seri Negeri Auditorium bookings within three (3) working days. |
|

RESOURCE CENTRE UNIT (i) Provide design, layout, and printing of complete publication materials within five (5) working days. |

(ii) Supply activity photographs to Divisions/Units of the Chief Minister’s Department of Melaka or external agencies within two (2) days from the date of application. |

(iii) Process book borrowing applications for Divisions/Units of the Chief Minister’s Department of Melaka or external agencies within one (1) day from the date of application received. |

EVENT AND PROTOCOL MANAGEMENT UNIT (i) Ensure invitations to Melaka State Dignitaries for official State ceremonies/events are issued within seven (7) working days for official State Government functions. |
| (ii) Manage overseas visits of Melaka State Dignitaries within two (2) working days after receiving instructions. |
