The Government of Malaysia has launched a single platform known as the Central Database Hub (PADU), which serves as the government’s primary source for the distribution of subsidies and the targeted delivery of assistance. Therefore, all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above are required to update their household information and individual profiles in the PADU system.

For residents in the state of Melaka, you may visit the PADU counters available at 30 (thirty) Digital Economy Centres (PEDi) nearest to you, distributed as follows: 14 (fourteen) in Alor Gajah, 5 (five) in Melaka Tengah, and 11 (eleven) in Jasin. You may also visit the PADU counter located at the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM) Melaka Office, MITC, Ayer Keroh, starting from 2 January 2024.
